Well, some folks care, but not always in the right place at the right time. I have worked for years in special ed, (emotionally disturbed) and many dysfunctional family issues. I can tell you that one good parent gaining custody can work miracles in a short time. Once it happens, I think you will be pleased at how things work out. Just have some patience.
