Had to make the seat 1 1/2" longer and flater at the nose. Made a tool to unbend the ends of the springs after I get them made at the factory so I can form them on a jig I made. Then they must be heat treated. Working on a formula for the leather. 1 oz beeswax to 8oz vasaline. Cook it till it smokes and paint on the leather hot. Turns the leather a nice shade of brown and has a good feel to it and it sofens it so its a bit easier to work as I am using thick leather.
